Two loft bedrooms with twin beds (one 180 cm and one 140 cm), a bathroom with bath and/or shower and a separate toilet, a lounge area with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher to provide you with a pleasant living space during your stay.

Electricity consumption is included in the rent based on an average weekly consumption of 175 kWh. If this package is exceeded during the meter reading on arrival, the lessor reserves the right to ask the tenant to pay the difference on the basis of €0.23/kWh (rate in force in 2023 on our contract energy supply EDF).
