Two bedrooms with a double beds (one 140-cm bed)+(and a mezzanine bedroom with 180-cm bed or two 90-cm beds), a bathroom with bath, a separate toilet, a lounge area with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen to provide you with a pleasant living space during your stay.

Electricity consumption is included in the rent based on an average weekly consumption of 150 kWh. If this package is exceeded during the meter reading on arrival, the lessor reserves the right to ask the tenant to pay the difference on the basis of €0.23/kWh (rate in force in 2023 on our contract energy supply EDF).
